Inner Development Goals (IDG)

The Inner Development Goals is a global, non-profit, open-source initiative dedicated to advancing the inner capacities needed to address complex societal challenges and accelerate progress on the UN Sustainable Development Goals. It has co-created a scientifically grounded framework - Inner Development Guide of 25 core human skills and qualities that help individuals, organisations, and communities increase resilience, creativity, collaboration, and systemic leadership. The initiative catalysed an ecosystem of partners, hubs, and global dialogues that bring inner development into sustainability practice, education, and policy conversations.

Flourishing Network - hosted by the Human Flourishing Program at Harvard

Jan Artem Henriksson was appointed Senior Fellow of the Flourishing Network on January 19, 2023. The Network convenes researchers and practitioners globally around human flourishing, connecting scholarship, practice, and cross-sector collaboration through the work of the Human Flourishing Program at Harvard University.

As part of this engagement, Jan Artem contributes to the The Flourishing Summit at Harvard, a global convening that brings together leaders from academia, business, civil society, and government to explore how human development supports societal and planetary flourishing.

MindShift (Ekskäret)

MindShift is a collaborative event and learning platform co-created by Ekskäret Foundation, Stockholm School of Economics, Karolinska Institute’s Center for Social Sustainability, and 29k, focusing on how human growth and inner development can help society confront complex organizational and global challenges. It brings together senior leaders, practitioners, and researchers in immersive conversations and workshops to explore tools, mindsets, and commitments for growth that matters. Through events and shared inquiry, MindShift seeks to make inner transformation a core element of leadership and societal change.
