Inner Development Goals (IDG)

The Inner Development Goals (IDG) is a global, non-profit, open-source initiative dedicated to cultivating the inner capacities needed to address complex organizational and societal challenges. Through its work, IDG has co-created the Inner Development Guide and fostered a global ecosystem of academic, corporate, and institutional partners, alongside over 850 Hubs and Networks worldwide, bringing inner development into practice, education and policy.

Jan Artem Henriksson is a co-founder of the initiative and served as Executive Director of the IDG Foundation from 2020 to 2026.

Flourishing Network - hosted by the Human Flourishing Program at Harvard

Jan Artem Henriksson was appointed Senior Fellow of the Flourishing Network at Harvard on January 19, 2023. The Network brings together researchers and practitioners worldwide to advance human flourishing, connecting scholarship, practice, and cross-sector collaboration through the Human Flourishing Program at Harvard University.

As part of this engagement, Jan Artem will lead a track at The Flourishing Summit at Harvard in March 2026, a global convening that unites leaders from academia, business, civil society and government to explore how human development can foster both societal and planetary flourishing.

MindShift (Ekskäret)

MindShift is a collaborative conference and learning platform initiated by Jan Artem and co-created by Ekskäret Foundation, Stockholm School of Economics, Karolinska Institute’s Center for Social Sustainability and 29k Foundation. It focusing on how human growth and inner development can help society confront complex organizational and global challenges. It brings together senior leaders, practitioners and researchers in conversations and workshops to explore tools, mindsets and commitments for a growth that matters. MindShift seeks to make inner development a core element of leadership, organisational culture and societal change.

Self Leaders

Self Leaders is a leadership development organization, co-founded in 2009 by Dick von Martens, Dominic von Martens, and Jan Artem Henriksson. It helps individuals, teams and organizations strengthen self-leadership, culture, and performance through research-based programs, workshops and tools.

With over 100,000 people who have experienced Self Leaders’ research-based programs across 50+ countries, the organization integrates individual growth with organizational needs to build sustainable leadership capabilities and foster engaged, resilient cultures. Relate is a purpose-driven relationship technology company based in Stockholm, dedicated to helping people form more conscious and meaningful love relationships by connecting them based on shared values and compatibility.
