About Jan Artem Henriksson
Jan Artem Henriksson is an executive advisor and keynote speaker who works with organizations and governments to develop leadership for times of rapid and systemic change.
He has co-founded several companies and initiatives that have engaged 160,000+ leaders worldwide, through evidence-based interventions.
From 2020 to 2026 he co-founded and served as Executive Director of the global Inner Development Goals initiative, collaborating with governments, corporations, academia and civil society around the world. His work included speaking and contributing to high-level dialogues at COP, Davos and the White House during the Biden administration.
Today, Jan Artem works as an independent consultant and speaker, supporting senior leaders and organisations in navigating change with clarity, agility and care for the whole.
