About Jan Artem Henriksson

Jan Artem Henriksson is a leadership advisor and keynote speaker working with organizations and governments on leadership and transformation in times of complexity and systemic change.
He has co-founded multiple leadership and relational development initiatives and has worked with more than 100,000 leaders and professionals across sectors. From 2020–2025, he co-founded and served as Executive Director of the global Inner Development Goals initiative, collaborating with governments, corporations, universities, and civil society worldwide, including contributing to high-level dialogues in Davos, at UNFCCC at Climate Week and at the White House during the Biden administration.
Today, Jan Artem works as an independent consultant and speaker, supporting leaders and institutions navigating sustainability transitions, organizational change, and the human dimensions of leadership in a rapidly changing world.
